Our company is governed by the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (hereinafter "the Act") and the Australian Privacy Principles (APP).
Our company is an APP entity within the meaning of section 6(1) of the Act. The terms "we", "us" and "our" mean Fitness Image Australia, ABN 42 609 249 301, and its associated entities.
What is Personal Information?
Personal information means any information or opinion about an identified individual or an individual who can be reasonably identified from that information or opinion. Information or opinion may be personal information regardless of whether it is true.

We may disclose or provide access to your personal information to our related entities. We may disclose it to external service providers so that they can perform services for us or on our behalf.
We may also disclose your personal information to entities outside our group of companies if:
- we are required or authorised to do so by law;
- you have expressly consented to the disclosure, or consent can be reasonably inferred from the circumstances; or
- we are otherwise authorised to do so under the Act.
If there is a change in ownership or control of all or part of our company, we may transfer your personal information to the new owner.
Do We Use Your Personal Information for Marketing?
We will use your personal information to offer you products and services that we believe may be of interest to you, but we will not do so if you tell us that you do not wish us to. We may offer these products and services ourselves, our related entities or our service providers.

All employees are responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your information. Report any actual or suspected data security breach to the customer service team as soon as possible.

Although we will be able to provide you with most of the personal information we hold about you, in some cases we may not be able to provide you with access to all personal information.
